The company established in 1953 under the name NV Pembangunan Perumahan and changing the status to PT PP ( Persero ) in 1971. The Company ' s majority consist of the Government of Indonesia with a composition of 51 % ownership stake, 27. 54 % held by employees and management of PT PP ( Persero ) and 21. 46 % by publics.
